Why I started Busby Computers

While serving in the United States Navy during “Operation Enduring Freedom” in 2001, I was assigned to a helicopter squadron. It is there that I learned how to do computer maintenance and networking administration.

In 2004 I separated honorably out of the military and returned home to the Bronx, New York. Once home I realized friends, relatives, and neighbors needed affordable computer repair services, and that is when I applied my skills to start a computer repair business.

In 2016 I moved to Wappingers Falls in the Hudson Valley, and I am now bringing my services, skills, and professionalism locally.

Since the pandemic, I realize again that there is a need for honest and fair computer repair services. With my wife being home trying to work and understand the school’s remote learning systems, I see everyday people’s struggles first hand when their computers or devices start acting up.
